 မှတ်ဉာဏ်တုနည်းပညာရဲ့ ခေါင်းကိုင်ဖခင်ကြီးလို့ တင်စားကြတဲ့ ဂေါ့ဖရေးဟင်တန်ကတော့ AI Chatbot တွေရဲ့ အန္တရာယ်က ပိုကြောက်စရာကောင်းလာပြီလို့ သတိပေးခဲ့ပြီး ဂူဂဲလ်ကုမ္ပဏီကနေ အလုပ်ထွက်သွားခဲ့ပါပြီ။ ဂေါ့ဖရေးဟင်တန်ဟာ နယူးယော့ခ်တိုင်းမ်သတင်းစာမှာ အလုပ်ထွက်ကြောင်း ကြေညာခဲ့တာဖြစ်ပြီး သူ လုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ အလုပ်အတွက် နောင်တရမိတယ်လို့လည်း ဆိုပါတယ်။

ဂေါ့ဖရေးဟင်တန်ဟာ ChatGPT လို မှတ်ဉာဏ်တုနည်းပညာစနစ်မျိုး ပေါ်ပေါက်လာစေမယ့် deep learning နဲ့ neural network ( ရရှိလာတဲ့ သတင်းအချက်အလက်တွေကို လူ့ဦးနှောက်အတိုင်း ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်အောင် ကွန်ပျူတာကို သင်ကြားပေးမှု) သုတေသနတွေကို ဦးဆောင်ဦးရွက် ပြုခဲ့သူပါ။

'' ကျွန်တော် သိသလောက်ဆိုရင် လောလောဆယ်တော့ AI Chatbot တွေက ကျွန်တော်တို့ ဉာဏ်ရည်ထက် မသာသေးပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ သိပ်မကြာခင် သူတို့ ပိုသာသွားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ လက်ရှိမှာ GPT-4 လို ပရိုဂရမ်က လူသားတွေထက် အထွေထွေဗဟုသုတတွေ ပိုမှတ်သားနိုင်တာ တွေ့နေရပါပြီ။ လူသားတွေလောက် ယုတ္တိကျကျ မစဉ်းစားတတ်သေးပေမဲ့ ဆက်စပ်စဉ်းစားတာမျိုး လုပ်နိုင်နေပါပြီ။ ဒီအတိုင်း ဆက်တိုးတက်နေမယ်ဆိုရင် အချိန်တိုအတွင်း အများကြီးတိုးတက်လာမယ်။ ဒါက စိုးရိမ်ရမယ့်ကိစ္စပါပဲ'' လို့ ဂေါ့ဖရေးဟင်တန်က ဆိုပါတယ်။

ဂေါ့ဖရေးဟင်တန်ဟာ ဗြိတိန်-ကနေဒါနှစ်နိုင်ငံသား ခံယူထားသူဖြစ်ပြီး မှတ်ဉာဏ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ စိတ်ပညာရှင်၊ ကွန်ပျူတာသိပ္ပံပညာရှင် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မကောင်းကြံသူတွေက မကောင်းတဲ့ကိစ္စတွေအတွက် AI ကို အသုံးချဖို့ ကြိုးစားလာနိုင်တယ်လို့လည်း ဂေါ့ဖရေးဟင်တန်က သတိပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

'' ကျွန်တော်တို့ ဖန်တီးမွမ်းမံနေတဲ့ ဉာဏ်ရည်က ကျွန်တော်တို့လူသားတွေရဲ့ ဉာဏ်ရည်နဲ့ ကွာခြားပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့က ဇီဝစနစ်၊ သူတို့က ဒီဂျစ်တယ်စနစ်ပါ။ အဲဒီနှစ်ခုကြား အဓိက ကွာခြားချက်ကတော့ အများကြီးပုံတူပွားလိုက်နိုင်တာပါပဲ။ အဲဒီပုံတူစက်ရုပ်တွေက သီးခြားစီလေ့လာနိုင်ပြီး အချင်းချင်း ပြန်ဝေမျှပေးနိုင်စွမ်း ရှိတာပါပဲ။ သဘောကတော့ လူ ၁၀၀၀၀ ရှိပြီး လူတစ်ယောက်က ပညာရပ်တစ်ခုခုကို လေ့လာသင်ယူနိုင်ပြီဆိုတာနဲ့ တခြားသူတွေကပါ အဲဒီပညာရပ်ကို အလိုအလျောက် တတ်မြောက်သွားတာမျိုးပါ။ ဒါကြောင့်ပဲ အဲဒီ chatbot တွေက လူသားတစ်ယောက်ထက် အများကြီး ပိုသိနေတာမျိုးပါ'' လို့ ဒေါက်တာဂေါ့ဖရေးဟင်တန်က ဆိုပါတယ်။

Myanmar Mobile Phone Revolution

Last week the government invited expressions of interest for two mobile phone licenses - a first step towards increasing mobile penetration from its current 5-10 percent to 80 percent in three years. 'President Thein Sein has made it clear that mobile telephony is a cornerstone of his policy, and has also vowed that mobile communications would be cheap.' Intel to distribute officially in Myanmar

Intel - the semiconductor manufacturer’s microprocessors and hard drives will now distribute officially in Myanmar through a distribution agreement with US marketing group Ingram Micro Inc and its local agent KMD. True Corporation (True Move) in Myanmar

Well-known and Thailand's leading telecommunications firm, True Corporation or better known as True Move among users, will be seen widely in Myanmar soon. The company has announced plans to jump into Myanmar's emerging cable television market this year with a possible investment of 1 billion baht.

Chief executive Suphachai Chearavanont said True expects to finalise the joint-venture plan with the Myanmar government on the cable-TV project this year.

Suphachai also said that

Thailand's entertainment content is very popular in Myanmar. We'll produce local-language programming in entertainment and international stations,"
